New Year Marathon of events:

31st December 2007---1st Jan 2008

It's 2008 already? Oh man, so fast? 1 year just flew past wham! Bam! This year's count down was much more significant than ever before, or at least i would very positively remember it haha. Went down to esplanade to catch the fireworks! I met Mr photographer Sean Hong (your name is still Hong not HAN! heh) and we had to wait for like 3 hours for the damn fireworks to start at 12!. Good thing they barricated the whole road off fullerton hotel otherwise we'll be jammed packed like sardines. According to him, this year's crowd wasn't so bad. Anyway, i just thank God for the pleasant weather, cooling wind and no rain, fantastic views and gentlemenly company:)... What's wrong with the computer, can't seem to upload pictures. let me try again.....finally!:)

As much as new year's eve was a mad rush of events, meeting 6 different groups of people in a day was kinda cool infact haha.

9am: Woke up for fateful FYP on a new years eve (how dedicated are we:))
3pm: Lunch at causeway, 2 complementary generous scoops of swensons and the loving $30 club Fee:)

6-7pm: Rushing home/sleeping on the train/changing and getting ready for the esplanade countdown
8-12pm: Bridge infront of Fullerton and the 3 hour firework wait (I'M EXCITED! I'M ExCitEd, i'm excited.....)
12-1pm: Where is marina mandrain and room 2015 + shots!
2pm-4pm: Double O with drunky cheryl baby, Nadia and friends :)

Thanks for making the roundabout trip to get the ice cream and water amidst the long wait for the fireworks! We had to struggle through the crowd (everyone was jostling like there was no tomorrow, on a new years day!), searching for phone reception while trying to get to marina mandrain to meet my brother. Had a 2 cups of vodka redbull, exchanged greetings and small talk with his friends before Sean sent me to double O after walking what seemed like 10 miles to catch a cab haha! i could still remember running like a madlady waving 2 hands in the air and taking off in my heels.

Bringing in the 2008 with fireworks reassures me this years going to be fruitful, fun, pleasant, vibrant, successful and colorful, just the way i want it:) Life's all about what you want it to be

I've been blessed with fun loving companions and good food recently that ushers in the new year, so that leaves me in "high spirits" and a comfortable belly.

Been out everyday of my life since the start of 2008, Dearie Audrey called me on the 1st Jan while i was still in slumber over at Cheryl baby's house "Hey girl, do you like wanna hang out or something, i'll meet you at PS" ---> oh ok:) Randomness is my style!! haha Had a starbucks and she bought her HUG IS PRICELESS shirt before heading home, taking Singapore funniest photos style on the train. Surprisingly i still had energy for a night jog at bishan park! Perks me up everytime:)

Happy Birthday Audrey!! We spent this quiet Wednesday morning celebrating her 19th existence just the 2 of us......................................and a couple of ah peks colliding with our breastrokes at Serangoon Swimming complex hahah!

Rushed down to NLB for the intensive FYP proposal finalization where we moved from 7 floor to 5th, to 2nd and got chased off to the basement main borrowing section. Stranded in the midst of a "fish tank" open spaced concept, we 5 goondos finally left the "aquarium" and settled for starbucks (again) at Bugis junction. After intensive discussion and making amendments over and over again, calculating budgets and scheduling milestones; one by one each left to meet up their loved ones. Me and qizhen packed up at 930pm and had dinner at The Soup Spoon. Poor babe had to settle for an exchange of my overly creamy clam chowder while i chomp down her Chicken stock (haha!)

Finally received all the answers i've been waiting for, (still waiting for that paycheque though:(), schedule for tomorrow is finally settled. Have time to record the happenings while waiting for my brunch to digest before i head for a jog and proceed to school for RP graduate Bash Meeting... Tonight's gonna be happening:)
